I am saddened forwhy you lost your job. But, in every evil there is some good. After all, you wrote a poem; and thank You for that.

Critique may be colored by personalities of those who present them. Although critique has certain rules, one reads a poem with his heart. Keep on writing and hope you'll find a new job where you'll be valued as an irreplaceable worker.

Lovely rhyming and nice tone to this poem. Great message in there too. Well done on the spotlight.
